Farmer Brown’s Hydroponic Gardens specializes in gourmet lettuce and cucumbers.  We sell through farmer’s markets, on-line markets, grocery stores, and restaurants.
After we decided to put in a commercial kitchen, it just seemed natural that we should offer “Salads to Go’ featuring our lettuce. We will strive to use organic and locally grown products in our salads.
Although, not certified as naturally grown, we use natural methods to control pests in our greenhouse (such as ladybugs, tree frogs, and praying mantis).
We also offer fresh, homemade salad dressings.  So peruse our offerings and give us a try.
